What's in the Box?

Brigham's Aunt Allie and Uncle Chad mailed him an early birthday present. We opened it together but Brigham didn't really understand, so then I put it all back in the box and let him open it. He LOVED it!
"I've got to make sure I get everything out!"
"Wow! Bubble wrap!!!" Shake! Shake! Shake!
"Look Mom! Look what Aunt Allie and Uncle Chad gave me!"

Thanks Allie and Chad! Brigham shared some of his fruit snacks with the neighbor kids at the park and we have lots of fun playing with his animals everyday!

Can You See the Resemblance?

Popcorn. Brigham and Hyrum LOVE it!!! They kept giving the same looks in each picture. Everyone tells me "That MUST be Hyrum's boy!" Ha! Ha! Yep!!

Grandma Mitchell and Grandma and Grandpa Glauser came to visit us a couple weeks ago on their way back from Tacey's baptism. It was so fun to see them all again! Thanks for coming! Now it's our turn to visit up north...hopefully soon :)
This is Brigham's adopted sister Abbi, although they don't look alike, they DO act alike at times...

Where's Brigham?

It's quiet...too quiet. What does that mean? It means that Brigham is in the bathroom, of course! His favorite place in the house! "Mom, why did you have to close the bathroom door?"

"What? You're really not going to open it for me!!"

Such a sad face!!

Cooking is always an adventure with Brigham! He enjoys emptying cupboards/drawers now and here's a favorite!!
Brigham's a super QUICK and QUIET crawler now-you don't realize what he's up to until it's almost too late. Sometimes he takes naps on the big bed with Mommy and I'm always worried he'll crawl off the bed after I leave so here's what I came up with ...
I tell Hyrum "Ssssh, be very, very quiet! I'm trapping a baby!" (imagine this being said with a terrible impersonation of Elmer Fudd). It's a port-a-crib that doubles as a cage :)

Even with all the messes that inevitably need cleaned up each day, it's SO much fun seeing all the stuff Brigham comes up with, he makes me laugh a lot! It's GREAT to be a Mom!
